One Face, Every Feed

Design one recognisable AI character, rebuild proven short-form formats around them in Cirka, and earn from the attention with clear AI and paid-partnership disclosure.

15 lessons in 5 modules

A course from The Leverage Club. Public outline; full lessons are included with membership.

What you'll practise

  • Design a character from two to four large traits and lock the face with a reference sheet.
  • Turn a viral format into a timed brief and make the video in Cirka's creator video builder.
  • Sell the method, run disclosed offers and automate research once your own numbers justify it.

Before you start

Bring a phone, a Cirka account and an hour a day. No filming, editing or design experience is needed. Video generation uses Cirka credits, which are priced separately. No views or earnings are promised.

Module 1

Design a face people remember

  1. Two to four traits that survive a thumbnail

Why a character account lives or dies on recognition, and how to pick the two to four large traits that stay obvious at thumbnail size, from any angle and while the person moves. You leave with a one-page trait list for your own character, tested for thumbnail size, angle, motion and fit, and the running example for this course: Viggo, an illustrative fictional adult.

  2. The concept prompt: three characters before one image

A copy-ready prompt that turns Claude or ChatGPT into a character designer. It interviews you, proposes three very different concepts and describes each one so precisely you can picture them before any image exists. You leave with one approved concept written as a character bible, the document every later prompt pastes in.

  3. The hero still in Cirka Creative Studio

Turn the bible into one production prompt and generate a full-body studio photograph in Cirka Creative Studio. Then inspect it trait by trait and fix drift before anything else depends on it. You leave with the accepted hero still, its exact prompt and settings saved next to the bible.

  4. The reference sheet and the Creator Lab save

Build an eight-view reference sheet from the hero still, check that every angle is the same person, then save the character in Cirka's Creator Lab so the face is locked across every video you make. You leave with a sheet, a saved creator and the identity block you will paste into every video brief.

Module 2

An account that says what it is

  1. Set up the account in the open

Create the account for a market you can actually serve, say in the bio that the character is AI, and switch on the platforms' own AI labels. Why location tricks and hidden personas cost more than they win. You leave with a live profile, a disclosure line and the posting schedule for your audience's timezone.

  2. Train the feed into a research desk

Spend four days teaching the For You feed what you are looking for, then log the videos that already proved themselves: views, length, hook and setting, in a swipe file you will mine for the rest of the course. You leave with twenty logged formats and a shortlist of five that would make sense with your character in them.

Module 3

Proven formats, your character, made in Cirka

  1. Break a viral video into beats

Turn a video that worked into a format card: the first frame, the beats second by second, the camera, the setting and the line that carries it. The card is what you rebuild, never the other creator's footage or audio. You leave with three format cards from your shortlist, ready to brief.

  2. The creator video brief: identity lock, timeline, script

The full Cirka brief for one video: the saved creator, the description, a scene direction written as a timeline, the script and the negatives that keep the face, hair and props from drifting. A copy-ready template with Viggo filled in. You leave with your first finished video and the brief saved so the next one takes minutes.

  3. Voice and lip sync without borrowed audio

Give the character one voice and keep it: a fixed script style, an audio clip you own for lip sync, and trending sounds added inside the app at posting time rather than ripped from someone else's video. You leave with a voice card and one talking video whose mouth matches every word.

  4. Inspect every take before it ships

A ten-point check for every generation: face at every angle, hair, signature props, hands, mouth sync, background and the first frame. What each failure means and which field of the brief fixes it. You leave with a review habit that takes two minutes per video and a log of what breaks for your character.

Module 4

Turn the attention into income

  1. Sell the method the account already proves

When people discover the character is AI, the next question is how it was made. Put the answer behind the link in bio: a guide, a template pack or a course, with the account itself as the proof. You leave with a bio, a one-page offer and a first version of the product. No earnings are promised or implied.

  2. Affiliates, your own product and brand deals, disclosed

Three more ways to earn from the same attention: affiliate offers that fit the audience, a product you own, and paid placements written into the formats people already watch. Each with the disclosure line it needs. You leave with a fit test for any offer and a rate card draft for your first brand conversation.

  3. Sell the system to a brand

Your account is a case study. Package the whole process, character design, research, production in Cirka and posting, as a service for a brand that wants its own character, and price it by scope. You leave with a one-page proposal and the numbers from your own account to put in it.

Module 5

Automate what already works

  1. The evidence that earns automation

Automation multiplies whatever you feed it. The thresholds that say the character is ready, the numbers to read from your own posts, and the three jobs to hand over first. You leave with a scorecard that decides, from your data, whether to automate yet.

  2. A research-to-calendar pipeline with n8n and Cirka

An n8n workflow that collects format candidates for your approval, turns an approved card into a Cirka brief with the saved creator, and fills a Cirka content calendar with video days. Your posting data flows back into what it looks for. You leave with the pipeline running on test records and a weekly review that keeps you in charge.
