ANDERSSEN, organisation number 936 664 792. Nedre Åsvei 36, 1341 Slependen, Norway.

Website: theleverageclub.ai. General enquiries: hello@theleverageclub.ai. Member support: support@theleverageclub.ai.

Summary

You're buying a subscription that renews automatically. Monthly or annual, in US dollars, charged through Stripe at the start of each period until you cancel. The offer and payment page show the applicable tax information and total before you pay. Cancel anytime from the billing portal; access runs to the end of the period you've paid for.

The price you join at stays for as long as your membership is active. Cancel and rejoin later and you pay whatever the price is then.

We offer no additional voluntary satisfaction guarantee. This does not remove mandatory withdrawal, defect or other consumer remedies. Duplicate or mistaken charges, and any period where we fail to deliver the club, are refunded on request as described below.

Membership includes online lessons and downloads alongside ongoing community and services. Starting access does not by itself remove mandatory withdrawal or defect remedies.

Use what you learn. Prompts, templates and workflows are yours to use in your own projects and client work. The lessons, recordings and library are for you alone: no resale, no sharing, no scraping, no shared accounts.

Community has rules. Be specific and honest. No spam, no harassment, no other people's private information. Label AI-generated content where a reader would want to know. You keep ownership of what you post.

No income promises. Results vary, AI tools make mistakes, and nothing in the club is legal, tax or financial advice.

Who we are and what these terms cover

The Leverage Club, at theleverageclub.ai, is a paid online membership run by ANDERSSEN, a Norwegian sole proprietorship (enkeltpersonforetak), organisation number 936 664 792. In these terms, "we", "us" and "the club" mean ANDERSSEN, and "you" means the person holding the account.

These terms are the contract between you and us for the membership, the website and everything inside it: the lessons, the library, the live calls and available recordings, Community, the calendar and the Solo Stack page. By paying for membership you agree to them; you tick a separate box at checkout saying so. If you have an account but haven't joined yet, the sections on accounts and on using the platform still apply to you. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

Who can join

  • You must be at least 18. The club is not for minors, and we close the account of anyone we discover is under 18.
  • One person per account. Your membership is personal: don't share your login, and don't let anyone else use your access. If a colleague wants in, they need their own seat.
  • Give us a working email address and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your login, unless it was used without your knowledge and you told us as soon as you found out.
  • If you join for a business, you confirm you can bind it to these terms.

What membership includes

While your membership is active you get:

  • Written lessons and practical resources across five tracks: Vibe coding, AI automation and lead generation, Content machine, Prompting and direction, and The earn layer.
  • A library of prompts, workflows and templates.
  • Weekly live calls, with recordings available when recorded and published. Unrecorded or unpublished video is not delivered when you join.
  • Community, the feed where members post, comment and mark each other's work helpful, and where the founder answers.
  • Points and levels, a calendar of calls and challenges, and the Solo Stack page with partner discounts.

The club is founder-run: one person makes the lessons, runs the calls and answers in Community. It also changes: we add lessons, retire ones that have dated and reshuffle tracks as the tools move. Core lessons, library resources and available recordings do not require an XP level. Class paths are switchable recommendations; rank reflects participation, and project badges record self-assessment, not verified qualifications. Membership is for the club as it stands from time to time, not for any particular lesson, feature or call schedule.

Prices and founding seats

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the join page before you pay. They step up as seats fill: the first block of seats is the cheapest, the next block costs more, and so on. The ladder is $29/month or $290/year founding, then $39/month or $390/year, then $49/month or $490/year. Every member gets a permanent seat number after verified payment. A pre-payment seat estimate or temporary price hold is not a paid seat.

The price you join at stays for as long as your membership is active, through every renewal, however far the ladder has moved since. If your membership ends, for any reason, and you later rejoin, you pay the price current at that time. Your seat number stays the same; the price it came with does not.

Seat numbers and "founding" status are a pricing mechanism. They are not a share, a licence or an asset: you can't sell, transfer or lend a seat, and the price that came with it doesn't outlive the membership.

The offer identifies the USD base price and whether automatic tax is configured. The payment page shows the applicable tax and total before you pay. We do not represent that automatic tax calculation is enabled when it is not configured. Your card issuer may add currency conversion fees.

Billing and renewal

Membership is a subscription, monthly or annual, billed in advance through Stripe. It renews automatically at the end of each period, at your locked price, until you cancel in the billing portal. By starting a subscription you authorise us to charge your card through Stripe at each renewal.

Stripe handles your card details. We do not store full card details. We retain the provider references, purchase and payment facts, accepted terms and confirmation needed to administer your membership, as explained in the Privacy policy.

If a renewal payment fails, the payment and access status shown in your account reflects the verified subscription state. These terms do not promise a particular retry schedule, reminder email or grace period. If your membership ends, your locked price ends with it; rejoining later means the price current then. Contact support if a payment or access status appears wrong.

Invoices, receipts and the option to update your card are in the billing portal, which you reach from inside the club. Your saved purchase confirmation and support remain available through your account after paid membership ends.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. Cancelling stops the next charge; it doesn't shorten the period you've already paid for. You keep full access until that period ends, and then your membership and your locked price end with it.

Ordinary cancellation does not include an additional voluntary pro-rata refund for the unused part of a month or year. This does not limit withdrawal, defect or other mandatory rights, or the mistaken-charge and non-delivery remedies below. Contact support if you cannot use the billing portal.

Refunds and the right of withdrawal

We offer no additional voluntary satisfaction guarantee for initial payments or renewals, monthly or annual. This is separate from your mandatory withdrawal, defect and other consumer remedies, which remain available where applicable. Starting access does not itself remove those rights. We do not apply an automatic proportional deduction or automatic refund denial based on the immediate-start request.

Mistaken charges and non-delivery

  • Duplicate or mistaken charges. If you're charged twice, or charged when you shouldn't have been, tell us and we refund it.
  • We fail to deliver. If we fail to supply the membership promised by this contract, including if we stop providing it, we refund the part of the period you paid for and didn't get, on request. The Availability section explains maintenance and changes to the club. This remedy does not restrict mandatory withdrawal, defect or other consumer remedies.

Withdrawal and your immediate-start request

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies to your purchase, you can withdraw by sending us an unequivocal statement of your decision. The ordinary consumer withdrawal period is 14 days from entering the contract, subject to the mandatory rules that apply to your purchase, including any extension for missing required information. The separate immediate-start request asks us to begin membership performance after payment, before any applicable withdrawal period ends. It is not an acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal for this mixed membership has ended.

Membership includes online lessons and downloads alongside ongoing community and services. Starting access does not by itself remove mandatory withdrawal or defect remedies.

To exercise withdrawal, send your clear request before the applicable period expires to support@theleverageclub.ai or by post to ANDERSSEN, Nedre Åsvei 36, 1341 Slependen, Norway. Include your name, account email, order reference and contract date so we can identify the purchase. You may use the model below, but any unequivocal request is accepted; using another format is not a reason to reject it. You can save this document and the form for your records.

Model withdrawal form

Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

  • To: ANDERSSEN, Nedre Åsvei 36, 1341 Slependen, Norway; support@theleverageclub.ai.
  • I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract for The Leverage Club membership.
  • Contract/order date: ____________________
  • Order reference: ____________________
  • Name of consumer(s): ____________________
  • Address of consumer(s): ____________________
  • Account email: ____________________
  • Signature (only if sent on paper): ____________________
  • Date: ____________________

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer law that applies regardless of these terms. Where anything here conflicts with those rights, the rights win.

Your licence to the material

The lessons, recordings, library text and everything else we make for the club belong to ANDERSSEN or to the people who licensed it to us. Membership gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it while your membership is active.

What you can do

  • Watch, read and use the lessons and available recordings for your own learning.
  • Use the prompts, templates and workflows from the library in your own projects and in work for clients, including commercially. What you build with them is yours.
  • Keep private notes on lessons inside the club.

What you can't do

  • Resell, redistribute, publish or share the lessons, recordings or library, in whole or in part, in any form. That includes posting them in other communities or bundling them into a course of your own.
  • Record, download or scrape lessons, recordings or the library for redistribution. Copying a template to use it is fine; copying the library out to pass it on is not.
  • Share your account or let someone else use your access.
  • Remove copyright or attribution notices, present our material as your own, or use the club's name and mark to suggest we endorse you.

When your membership ends, so does the licence: you lose access to the club. Anything you built with prompts, templates and workflows while you were a member stays yours to use.

Community rules

Community is the club's feed. It works because members are candid with each other, so:

  • Be specific and honest. Real numbers, real screenshots, real problems. Say what you actually did.
  • No spam, no cold pitches, no harassment, no illegal content, and don't post other people's private information.
  • Disclose affiliate links. Undisclosed affiliate or referral links are removed.
  • AI-generated content is fine, it's what the club is about, but label it where a reasonable reader would want to know. An AI-written case study should say so; an AI-assisted post about your own build needn't.
  • Stay within the law and other platforms' rules when you share what you're doing with ads, personas or scraped data.

We moderate. The founder can remove posts and comments, pin or feature them, adjust points, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. We'll usually say why, but we don't have to reinstate anything. Mandatory withdrawal, defect and other consumer remedies remain unaffected by moderation or termination.

What you post

You own what you post in Community: posts, comments, screenshots, all of it. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute it inside the club, for as long as it is there, so that other members can see it. We won't use your posts in marketing outside the club without asking you first.

You're responsible for what you post: that it's yours to share, that it doesn't break the law or someone else's rights, and that it follows the community rules. There's no delete button yet. Email us and we'll remove a post or comment for you; copies in call recordings or in other members' replies may remain. If you close your account, we anonymise or delete your posts and comments; the Privacy policy explains how.

Third-party tools, AI and your results

The club teaches you to use tools we don't run: Lovable, Cursor, Claude, n8n, Make, Clay, Arcads, Creatify, HeyGen, Midjourney, Suno and others. You use those under their own terms and pay for them yourself. The Solo Stack page lists partner discounts where we've arranged them, but each deal is between you and the tool and can change without notice from us. We aren't responsible for their availability, pricing, output or terms.

No income guarantee. We show what we did and what members do; we don't promise you'll earn anything. Results depend on you, your market and your effort, and most of what makes money takes longer than the lesson that explains it.

AI gets things wrong. Models make things up, generated code has bugs and generated ads can misstate. Check outputs before you rely on them or publish them. If you run AI-generated ads, AI personas or automated outreach, you're responsible for meeting the advertising, disclosure, privacy and anti-spam rules that apply to you and your audience.

Not advice. Lessons, calls and answers in Community are general education from a practitioner, not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice for your situation. Get your own advice where it matters.

Using the platform

Don't try to break the club: no getting around access controls or payment, no automated access or scraping, no interfering with other members' use, no uploading anything malicious. If you find a security problem, do not exploit it or post sensitive details publicly. Contact support@theleverageclub.ai.

Suspending or ending a membership

We can suspend or end your membership if you break these terms: sharing material or accounts, breaching the community rules, abusing the platform, or paying with a card that isn't yours to use. Where a breach is minor and fixable, we'll usually warn you first. This does not remove mandatory withdrawal, defect or other consumer remedies.

We can also close the club, or stop offering membership, if we decide to. If we do, we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email and refund the unused part of any period you've paid for.

Availability and changes to the club

We aim to keep the club up around the clock, but we don't promise it. Our hosting, database and payment providers have their own outages, and we sometimes take the site down for maintenance. If we fail to supply the membership promised by this contract, the refunds section explains the refund-on-request remedy for the part of the period you paid for and didn't get. Mandatory withdrawal, defect and other consumer remedies remain unaffected. We also change the club as we go, as the membership section says; we won't strip out the substance of what you're paying for without notice.

Liability

We provide the club with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows:

  • We aren't liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or any indirect loss arising from your use of the club, the material or third-party tools.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the membership is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability we can't limit by law, including for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and nothing limits your rights under consumer law that applies regardless of these terms.

Privacy

How we handle your data, who processes it and how to get it deleted is in the Privacy policy. Privacy information is separate from purchase acceptance. Buying membership does not grant analytics, marketing or optional email permission.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and disputes go to the Norwegian courts. If you're a consumer in the EU or EEA, you keep the right to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, and that country's consumer protection rules still apply to you where they can't be signed away.

If something is wrong, write to us first; most things are fixed in an email. Consumers can also use Norway's consumer complaint route through Forbrukertilsynet, which mediates disputes between consumers and businesses, or the equivalent body where they live.

Changes to this document

We update these terms when the club or the law changes. Small changes, such as wording or contact details, take effect when we publish them. We won't change the price you joined at through a change to these terms; that price stays for as long as your membership is active. Changes that affect what you get, we announce by email at least 30 days before they apply; you can cancel before that date if you don't accept them, and if you cancel for that reason we refund the unused part of any period you've paid for. Staying on after the date means you accept them. The edition and approval status at the top identify the document you're reading. Your original saved purchase confirmation retains the full terms and facts accepted for that purchase; later publication does not rewrite it.
